Spicy Rosemary Roasted Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Raw Cashews
  • 1.5 cups Raw Pecans
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 2-3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F and place parchment paper over a large baking sheet.
  • Combine all the spices and the rosemary in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss the nuts with the olive oil. Add the spices/herb mixture and toss well.
  • Spread out in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm or store in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
