Combine the red wine, brandy, lemon juice, orange and cranberry juice in a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
Add in the sugar and stir for 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
Add in the sliced oranges and pears, as well as the cranberries and pomegranate seeds.
Serve over ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig or cinnamon stick, if desired.
