Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a medium bowl and set aside.
Combine all seasoning in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Using a mallet, pound the pork chops to help tenderize them. Then, season all sides generously with spice mix.
Heat up your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chop for about 7 minutes on each side, depending on the size of your pork chops.
Top with the peach salsa.
