Grilled Pork Chops with Peach Salsa

Ingredients
  

Peach Salsa

  • 2 Medium Peaches Peeled, diced
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper Deveined and deseeded and diced
  • 1 Serrano Pepper Thinly sliced
  • ½ Lime Juiced
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper

Grilled Pork Chops

  • 1 Pound Boneless Pork Loin Chops About 1 inch thick
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne
  • ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Combine all seasoning in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Using a mallet, pound the pork chops to help tenderize them. Then, season all sides generously with spice mix.
  • Heat up your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chop for about 7 minutes on each side, depending on the size of your pork chops.
  • Top with the peach salsa.
