Ingredients
  

  • 3 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Sriracha
  • 6 Cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Then, add in chicken thighs. Tip: We add ingredients into a ziplock instead of a bowl to make it easier to store in the fridge, plus less cleanup.
  • Cover and marinate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight. 
  • Heat up your grill or grill pan to high heat. 
  • Remove chicken from marinade, setting aside the extra. Grill for about 7-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through, basting every 2 minutes with the extra marinade. 
  • Serve with grilled pineapple, if desired!
