½CupMayonnaise
¼CupSour Cream
1TeaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1TeaspoonLemon Juice
½TeaspoonBlack Pepper
¼TeaspoonKosher Salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the blue cheese dressing in a food processor and pulse until combined. Can also be done by hand with a whisk. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Toss shrimp in canola oil to coat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the shrimp and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Be sure not to overcrowd the shrimp to ensure they brown well.
Heat the wing sauce in a microwave proof container for about 30 seconds.
Toss the seared shrimp in the warmed up buffalo sauce and serve with the blue cheese dressing. Top with some additional blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
