Smoked Salmon and Truffle Crostini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf French Bread Cut into approximately 8-10 slices
  • ½ Cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Pound Cold Smoked Salmon Thinly sliced
  • ¼ Cup Truffle Infused Honey

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Top with dollop of greek yogurt, followed by 1-2 slices of the salmon and a drizzle of the truffle honey.
  3. Continue until you've completed all the crostinis.
