Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Other Frozen Berries Such as strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter Or peanut butter
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk Or other nut milk
  • 1 Scoop Marine Collagen

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add your ingredients, in order above, into your blender. Adding the spinach in first insures it gets well-blended.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk as needed to reach the desired consistency.
