We love entertaining friends and family at our house, so we like to have a few go-to appetizer recipes that we can easily put together. We always have some kind of nuts in our pantry, we usually snack on them during the week, but this recipe takes them to the next level. Who doesn’t like some good roasted nuts to go with an aperitif or cocktail?! We thought with it being prime holiday party season, this would be a great recipe to share! It’s a great option for a Thanksgiving appetizer – plus it comes together very easily. Great way to use up leftover pecans from your pecan pie too! PS Scroll to the bottom to see an awesome list of appetizer and drink options for your Thanksgiving table!
These roasted nuts are SUPER easy and will wow all of your holiday guests. They literally come together in under 15 minutes. They do have a little kick from the cayenne, which you can adjust to taste, or omit if you’re not into spicy foods! We used a mix of cashews and pecans because we’re partial to those, but you can use any mix of nuts you like. I just recommend that they are raw and not already roasted.
Serve them as an appetizer before your Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner, or just as a fun party snack. They also are super easy to transport, so if you need an appetizer to bring to your next party, these roasted nuts are perfect. They go great with cocktails or some bubbly.
