Latin Style Garlic Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 3/4 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 8 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 ½ Tsp Cumin
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • Tbsp Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the ribs into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Place the baby back ribs into a deep baking dish. Pour the marinade over them and massage gently into the ribs.
  • Cover with foil and let marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 275F. Place the baking dish (still covered with foil) directly into the oven. Bake for 3 hours. After baking, you can refrigerate until ready to grill.
  • Prep your grill (charcoal or gas). Over high heat, sear the ribs for about 3-5 minutes on each side until charred. Baste occasionally with remaining marinade in the baking pan. Serve immediately.
