Combine all ingredients except the ribs into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Place the baby back ribs into a deep baking dish. Pour the marinade over them and massage gently into the ribs.
Cover with foil and let marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 275F. Place the baking dish (still covered with foil) directly into the oven. Bake for 3 hours. After baking, you can refrigerate until ready to grill.
Prep your grill (charcoal or gas). Over high heat, sear the ribs for about 3-5 minutes on each side until charred. Baste occasionally with remaining marinade in the baking pan. Serve immediately.
